Caves in Flordia

We were headed to see some caves that Jennifer found with a friend.  As we were walking down the path, a group of people were walking back saying that because off all the rain they got the last week, the path to the caves were flooded.  We took a few pictures on the trail and headed back to find something else to do for the day.

Enjoyed spending time with Kami and Family.  Four years is a long time and I enjoyed all the time we got to spend with them.  To bad it was really short.  We had to head down to Flordia and only had two days to spend with Kami and the gang.  I really love the area they live in.  It is so nice and beautiful.

Going to Texas to pick up Meeko and Bear

 

Once we got into Tampa, we left the kids with Aunt Jennifer and Uncle David and headed to Texas to pick up our new additions to our family.   One the way back, I saw a crawdad at a rest stop in Louisiana.   We also saw the LSU stadium from the road.  To bad we didn't get to see the Georgia Stadium when we were in Georgia.   The boys love their new dogs, Bear and Meeko

Leaving Japan and headed back to the United States

We were excited to head back to the United States after not being there for four years, but also sad to leave a place we grew to love over the past four years.  We will miss Japan and it will always have a place in our hearts, but now we are on to our next adventure in our lives.  The pictures are of Hunter getting ready to get on the airplane to leave Japan.  The next two are of Japan and then the mountains of Washington and then the morning sky in North Carolina.  The last one is of Mount Rainer in Washinton.

Back to the USA

After an 8 and half hour flight from Yokota to Seattle , then a 12 hour layover.  Followed by a 5 hour flight to North Carolina and a two hour layover, with another 2 hour flight to Tampa , we have made it back to the states to begin our pcs.   We spent the first day visiting family in Florida and the kids enjoyed playing with their cousins.  They stayed with them while me and Robbie go and pick up our new puppies.  Right now we are in Covington LA and are headed to Magnolia today to pick up Bear and Meeko and then turn right back around and head to Georgia for our visit there.
